Town Administration
Norwood has an administrator who handles the day-to-day operation of the town. The administrator is employed by the citizens of Norwood, represented by the commissioners they elect. The Town Clerk assists the administrator with the smooth operation of the town.
Services provided by the town include water, sewer, waste disposal and issuing permits and are coordinated through Norwood's Town Hall, 116 South Main Street. Personnel are available there to help residents with information on services provided by the town of Norwood. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
