The Norwood Library is a great place to read, surf the Internet, research or just enjoy.
Craft & Story Time is a favorite activity of many Norwood children.
Norwood's library is located near the center of town on the corner of Pee Dee Avenue and Campbell Street next to the Norwood Museum. Our branch holds special programs for children and adults; Craft & Story Time for children and the Needle Craft Club for adults. Please contact the library for schedules and times.
The Norwood Library has computers with Internet access for public use, all you need is your library card. Wi-Fi, high-speed wireless Internet access, is now available at the Norwood Library, as well as other Stanly County Public Library branches. You can use your own wireless-enabled laptops or other wireless devices to the library for free instant access to the Internet. The network is open to all visitors and requires no special settings or passwords. Librarians will be glad to help you with information on how to connect to the network.
Browse the entire public library catalog online if your selection is not at the Norwood branch it can be delivered here for you to pick up. The Library now allows you to use debit or credit cards to settle any outstanding late fees.
