Town Administrator

Commissioner John Mullis was appointed as Interim Town Administrator at the June 28, 2016 special meeting. He began serving on July 1, 2016.

Town Clerk/ Interim Finance Officer

The Town Clerk assists the Town Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the Town. Kelly Caudle became the Town Clerk in February 2016. The Town Clerk plays a very important role in the administration of the Town that is governed by North Carolina General Statutes. Ms. Caudle also serves as Interim Finance Officer.

Administrative staff are available at the Norwood Town Hall Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They are here to help you with any questions or concerns regarding Norwood town services, including water, sewer, and solid waste disposal.
